This package includes the following but is not limited to:
- Unlimited text and email support from the time of hire.
- 2 prenatal visits to assist with a birth plan, discuss preferences, advocating, etc .
- Continuous informational, physical, and emotional support during labor and birth.
- Laboring physically with you at home or hospital.
- Comfort measures (ie. massage, aromatherapy, ...)
- 1 postpartum visit after the birth to discuss the birth story.
- Resources and referrals to other professionals.
- Support both medicated and non-medicated births as well as planned cesarean births.
